Donald Trump Jr. echoed Vance’s sentiments and argued the suspects are receiving extra protection from President Joe Biden’s federal government because of their immigration status.

“A metaphor of what’s happening to America,” Trump Jr. tweeted. “If an American citizen did this, even by accident, it would be an instant prosecution with severe consequences… but because they’re illegals they’re protected and therefore immune to consequences or accountability.”

So illegal aliens, having guns, hunting illegally, shot a bald Eagle and that’s cool. Disgusting.

China can sell the USA a certified replacement Bald Eagle from one of their shopping mall live-animal displays. But act quickly as time is limited. Roasted Bald Eagle day is coming up.

I'd like to post this on your thread as well:

THE LAW:

"Bald eagles were removed from the US' list of endangered and threatened species in 2007 but remain protected under the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act and the Lacey Act. Under the MBTA , anyone harming one of the regal birds could face up to two years in prison and a $250,000 fine."

Ignorance of the law is NEVER a defense.
Prosecute them the same way a citizen would be prosecuted.
Also, revoke whatever papers they have and deport them, persona non grata- black listed against re entry into the USA.

“Killing a bald eagle is a Federal crime...”

Isn’t the possession of a single eagle feather enough to send you to prison (unless you’re an Indian)?

Not only that, but:

If this had been a murder, they would have been described in the story as “Nebraskans.”

Now this is something that would be worthwhile for the Congress to investigate. Why is this a Federal crime for Americans but just another weekday for illegal alien Honduran bass turds in this country illegally and illegally eating our bald eagles. Burritos with feathers? KMA FJB.

California never protected the abalone from foreigners who took even the small ones from their waters. There are hardly any abalone on central coast anymore.

EXCERPT:

BILLINGS, Mont. — A subsidiary of one of the largest U.S. providers of renewable energy pleaded guilty to criminal charges and was ordered to pay over $8 million in fines and restitution after at least 150 eagles were killed at its wind farms in eight states, federal prosecutors said.

How Many Birds Are Killed by Wind Turbines?
January 26, 2021 · Joel Merriman

EXCERPT:

As noted above, our projections leave little doubt that the annual toll in birds lost to U.S. wind turbines is at least more than half a million, and a similarly conservative estimate would put that number at nearly 700,000 birds. There is a case to be made that the number could exceed 1 million. And for multiple reasons stated above, these are all likely to be under-estimates.

I’d be jailed just for picking up an eagle feather in the forest. Only Native Americans are allowed to possess eagle feathers. These guys should be tried and deported
