I agree.
You have a right to express your opinion about Spanish TV in a restaurant.
You have a right to argue with someone or become angry.
You have a right to make yourself look like an idiot in public.
But, you don't have a right to harass people, disturb the peace, or engage in disorderly conduct.
Is that really harassment, disorderly conduct or disturbing the peace? Seems very ticky tack. Looks to me more like somebody who was acting like an A-hole. She deserves whatever public scorn she gets for her totally rude and uncalled for behavior, but I don’t find this conduct to be criminal.
