Depends where you are. Overrun near CdA. Less so up around Sandpoint. Much less so farther north at Bonners Ferry. Much less so down around St. Maries, but that area is picking up. Still lots of open land down around Worley and to the west of there.
I’d miss the lakes and mountains in TX.
We are Northwest people and it’s kills us and this why we have been hesitant to relocate to the south. Our place is between CDA and Sandpoint. They put a Super One in Athol near Farragut, if they build they will come.
