We are Northwest people and it’s kills us and this why we have been hesitant to relocate to the south. Our place is between CDA and Sandpoint. They put a Super One in Athol near Farragut, if they build they will come.
Hi, neighbor! As you well know, Athol and Rathdrum are growing like crazy. I’ve had friends in Bayview and areas between Athol and Bayview complaining about the growth there. Contractors doing small jobs on our house the past few years have said they’ve had enough and are looking at NW Montana.
My Mom was born in Sandpoint in 1927 and we’ve had family from Potlatch to the border since 1920, so we’ve seen a lot of change.
