We have a summer place in Northern Idaho, we thought we’d retire there but it is getting over run. Probably will sell it and retire to Texas.
Depends where you are. Overrun near CdA. Less so up around Sandpoint. Much less so farther north at Bonners Ferry. Much less so down around St. Maries, but that area is picking up. Still lots of open land down around Worley and to the west of there.
I’d miss the lakes and mountains in TX.
