Basal cell skin cancers are typically considered to be the least dangerous type of skin cancer, as they generally grow slowly and are unlikely to spread to other parts of the body.
too bad they couldn’t remove the cancerous tumor on the top of his neck...

Jill had 3 of them removed about a month ago IIRC.
Failed Democrat, Fake, Criminal, Illegal, POTUS, Joe Biden had that cancer lesion present during his recent medical, exam, most likely, and his medical staff and the Democrat Party kept it quiet & hidden from the American people!!...IMHO!!! I had MOHS on my upper lip to my nose two years ago for a squamous cell. Boy did it make a mess on my face.
I’m having eight weeks of radiation (SRT) on my left hand now for basal cell instead of MOHS since the hand doesn’t hold stitches well.
I had a knarly mole removed from the back of my leg last year that they said was an “almost melanoma”. It was small but it took a big chunk out of my leg.
I’m a natural redhead that grew up on the beach at Pompano Beach FL so this will be part of my life. I get full body skin checks every six months. My dad had a lot of skin cancers but no melanomas so that’s good.

Biden ended by a basal cell carcinoma on his chest? That, alas, is much less likely than that he really won the election. Better odds via him growing additional skin cancers, which would be common, and hitting the jackpot with one of them. Some rare types might give a chance.
Oddly, growing this cancer may be the most Presidential thing Biden ever does. Every President from Nixon through Clinton had basal cell carcinomas treated while in office. W’s youth and Obama’s race saved them. I don’t recall Trump having had any, which is a bit surprising given his coloration and golfing habits.
