So how did all of this happen?

Maybe a catalyst, but the cause? SA’s constitution requires, not suggests, requires jobs/grants/gov goodies be allotted based on race according to the population. So 2% whites? Then the max they get is 2% of jobs. This resulted in the evaporation of just about everyone who knows how to build, operate, maintain and repair EVERYTHING in their society [just as it would in good ol’ USA].
But hey, they gots their equity, so its a success!
And they’re going to keep getting it, good and hard.
