A vicious cycle...Harass the cops and cause them of all being racist/sexist/violent/stupid/incompetent/etc., get the media to blast videos of examples of racist/sexist/violent/stupid/incompetent/etc. behavior, and eventually no one with a brain in their head will want to be a cop, and all you will get are the racist/sexist/violent/stupid/incompetent/etc. candidates. BRILLIANT!
