A growing list of municipalities across the U.S. are looking to set up reparations programs for Black residents, and some of them are considering using COVID-19 relief funds to pay for the initiatives.
Critics argue using funds from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) to bankroll social justice initiatives are a misuse of federal taxpayer dollars, but proponents are defending the use of pandemic money as a way to reduce disparities when it comes to housing and narrowing the wealth gap.

Me too. At a local college they’re using some of it to record remembrances of black people. I think that’s a $500,000 grant.
Why is Fox Business even capitalizing black? I want to swear a lot too. There should be a lawsuit and a motion for an injunction if any of these clown cities try this.
This is why the federal budget should be less than half what it is today. Make it so they simply do not have enough money. Then maybe they would have genuine priorities and perhaps choose to spend money on things that matter. As it is, it’s all just a slush fund for bribes.
