Government clearly has too much money. Maybe we can cut taxes by half.
These ventilators brand new? Why not store them? It’s not as if the feds don’t have tens of thousands of square feet of empty office space. Why sell for scrap? Is there never going to be another surprise pulmonary disease? Do we then buy another $500 mil of ventilators?
Unless they were garbage to begin with, which explains alot.
