Why should any gov’t agency “receive grants”? They’re supposed to be funded by the taxpayers, & beholden to only the taxpayers. That should go for Fed funding as well. The Federal Gov’t should tax for ITS purposes & the states for theirs.
And Goober Kemp will do nothing.
This is why Dems like BIG government, it allows for the kind of loopholes that make it easy to corrupt government officials which allows for fixed elections.
Yeah, and if you ask state officials to apply state laws to rectify stuff like this, they’ll get a kangaroo court grand jury to indict you.

The legislature had a chance to get things right. Initial legislation banned the 3 main fraud activities. Party leadership demanded that those clauses be removed and subsequently, Georgia still has: mail in voting, drop boxes and harvesting.
And just as importantly, Open Primaries.

Probably the best and fastest thing would be for the State Attorney General to ask for a restraining order. If the Dekalb officials are trying to use a technicality to get around the law, the courts at some level should intervene.

-93 people registered w/ birthdate of 1850
-232 registered at local prisons
-4,144 voters registered over the age of 90 (there’s only 10.3k residents over 80 in that county...this number would drop off significantly at 90)
-125 registered to a non-profit, NGO or business
~300 voters with no first name
-110 potential double voters - same name, DOB, and address but different Voter ID numbers
-people registered at various homeless shelters
