Let’s see. If most American cities become so crime ridden because of defunding the police or many of the police forces are decimated because they fear for their safety and resign, and they are needed for emergencies who you gonna call? The US military? ... the UN? ... Atifa or BLM ... the IRS,DOE,DOJ,FBI CIA,NSA etc etc etc ... take your pick.
