James O’Keefe, the founder and chairman of Project Veritas, was put on paid leave from his non-profit journalism enterprise on Wednesday amid what some are calling an attempted “hostile takeover” being executed by certain board members.
The Project Veritas Board of Directors will reportedly decide whether to remove him from his leadership position in a meeting scheduled for Friday.
Project Veritas put out a statement in response to this news Wednesday evening, saying that the board is conducting an “internal evaluation to assure our long term success.”
“Like all newsrooms at this stage, the Project Veritas Board of Directors and Management are constantly evaluating what the best path forward is for the organization,” the statement read. “There are 65+ employees at Project Veritas dedicated to continuing the mission to expose corruption, dishonesty, waste, fraud, and other misconduct in both public and private institutions,” the statement read. “To our supporters: We hear you, we care about you, and we will never give up.”

I guess airing the Pharma truth was too far.
O’Keefe can just open a new operation and take his donors with him.
Hit the board members in the pocket book I guess.
It appears to me that any deviation from James O’Keefe’s direction is a step in the wrong direction. He was the guiding force into its success and exposes. One can only surmise that liberal buggering and carpetmunching Democrats have infiltrated his organization.
I didn’t know it was a public corp. I guess the Project Veritas Board of Directors and Management have been infiltrated by “woke” filth, and the recent Pfizer report tripped the wire.
Yup
When James O’Keefe made Project Veritas a non-profit and installed a Board of Directors, which he probably needed to do, it was the beginning of the end for Project Veritas, a new and potentially better Project Veritas could be formed again.
I suspect Project Veritas has been the victim of some of their tactics, a number of employees were brought on, which will likely turn out to be moles sent in there to create a controversy and give a reason for the Board of Directors to use to oust James O’Keefe.
I think taking on Big Pharma was one step to far, I can’t imagine James O’Keefe going away quietly, what exactly is happening will eventually be made public.
The disgusting Mitt Romney managerial class of the American business at their best. First they find cushy high paying positions, then they take over and submit to woke, and then they destroy.
If he does that, I wonder how many employees will join him. The left never ceases to amaze me.
It’s one way to get rid of the opposition.
How much is in cash and endowment?
I’ll support wherever O’Keefe ends up.
He should send in an undercover journalist and record some board member conversations.
That’s one way to suppress freedom of the press . . .

Yep. The “parasites” will attempt to infiltrate anything that they can corrupt and feed upon.
And YET, they were supposed to have made their decision YESTERDAY yet DELAYED. Methinks that the Pfizer-sponsored coup against O’Keefe is not going as planned.
It won’t exist without O’Keefe. That’s obvious.
So its just a planned demolition, with paid actors, by the deep-state.
Sounds to me like the classic liberal maneuver regarding conservative organizations. Infiltrate, subvert and destroy.
