I think that’s right, that being on the regular schedule of childhood vaccines will protect them from all liability, even after the emergency use authorization immunity expires (assuming it ever does)...
According to National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, “Provides that no vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death: (1) resulting from unavoidable side effects; or (2) solely due to the manufacturer’s failure to provide direct warnings.”

I think maybe the current eua is expiring and now they either have to add that legal entity to the list, or formally approve it as a brand name product like they did with comirnaty. So a third bnt162b2 product would appear like “comirnityplus” - the same but legally different. I’m not a lawyer.
