I can’t watch it, or my severe anger and depression regarding the miserable state of this country would be triggered.

You are another long lost brother. Totally sympathize.

............lol, I’ve spent 51 years in almost non stop litigation (civil and divorces, no criminal). The one thing I KNOW beyond all doubt? Lawyers, including judges, lie.....a lot. Some, simply cannot tell the truth....ever!

On “privledge” fights too, you rarely get past the starting gun before the judge shuts you down and says “NO”................”you can’t ask him that....that’s privledged”. In a deposition, your opponent’s lawyer will order his client....”don’t answer that, that’s privledged”.

Then, a lawyer might say....”well, his lawyer can’t suborn purgery”.............that one is a real laugher. If it benefits the lawyer, he will tolerate his clients purgery by just denying he knew anything about it.

Basically, “privledge” is lawyers license to steal and they protect it unmercifully.

Not meaning to nitpick, but that’s “perjury”. Sorry. Had to say.

I agree with you and I have well documented many times in my career “purgery” by lawyers and judges. Ones that are WILLING to committ purgery do not give a damn!

That’s the problem. The whole system is founded on lying by over half the people in it and the American people are too busy not paying attention to even be aware of it or they don’t give a damn and thus are part of the problem.

Purgery is RARELY prosecuted but happens EVERY DAY all day in every courthouse in the fruited land!!

I knew some attorneys who got disbarred. But I think it was for doctoring evidence, not perjury.

But Bill Clinton was disbarred for perjury.

On his last day in office in 2001, Clinton agreed to a five-year suspension of his Arkansas law license in order to head off any criminal charges for lying under oath about his relationship with Lewinsky. Clinton has been eligible to seek reinstatement of his license since 2006, but as of 2013 he had not applied to do so.

Thanks for making my point. Clinton was not “disbarred” he was suspended. My POINT is that getting a bunch of lawyers to “disbar” one of their brethren would be like getting the same group of lawyers to shoot their mother! Thus, there is no accountability for lying at the courthouse amongst lawyers!

You will sooner find a piece of gold buried in your front yard than see a lawyer disbarred.

We did finally send a Williamson County, Tx. State District Judge to prison. Long story. Congrats to the prosecutors on that !!!! What he did was TERRIBLE though and they had little to no choice.
