We do also. Otherwise the tip money goes into a pool from which the water gets some and the rest is divided up between other lazier wait staff as well as all the ILLEGAL ALIENS working back in the kitchen.

Same here...in fact, lately we pay the total bill plus tip in cash...they can report as they please. Small businesses deserve more support than 501c3’s
