Former President Donald Trump, who ripped through the 2016 presidential field with attacks on his rivals, reposted images of a young Ron DeSantis allegedly partying with high school teens and adding his own mocking commentary.
'That's not Ron, is it? He would never do such a thing!' Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.
The post linked to a Truth Social Account that grabbed a digital image of a young man with a bowl haircut who appears to be DeSantis surrounded by three young women.
One of them, who has her arm around the now-Florida governor, is smiling and appears to be holding a brown glass bottle. The hit comes as DeSantis has been rising in the polls and lining up influential supporters.

I do not care if President Trump goes Samson on these double minded, mindless and spineless Republicans. The majority of them are not qualified to earn a reputable living without begging or taxing somebody. The Republican GOP are as much at fault for the fake godfather playing president …. Any number of these primping around like the majority of Americans would vote for the belies reality.
It’s almost as if Trump is doing it intentionally to make people flock to DeSantis, because that’s exactly what’s happening.
I am a big MAGA fan!! MAGA, I think, is the only way back for the nation.
And every time Trump stoops to this type of behavior he loses support from his base - every time. And MAGA takes a hit.

Trump is a lot of things. You say you hate Globalists in your tagline. Make sure you study up on the past of anyone else running in 2024. Most are, and will be, Globalists pretending to be conservatives like the Bush clan.
The GOP elites intend to get back control of the GOP.
I think the Trump knows much more about DeSantis then we do. He has more money, more intel and more contacts then any of us.
These kinds of attacks against competitors who haven’t even declared their willingness to be candidate yet, is a waste of energy. I don’t think it will divide Republicans further into two camps because we can see through this. It’s Typical Trump using his old tricks, and it worked 6 years ago. But today, this seems like it’s an outdated strategy.
If DeSantis doesn’t respond, it might actually make him look more presidential.
However, if Desantis falls for the bait and responds, Tump will be the beneficiary of this stunt.
We shall see....
