Not so sure, with their present governments. Iran certainly would celebrate, the Palestinians would celebrate, US Leftists (Ukraine War supporters) would celebrate, but most of Israel’s long-time enemies (such as most Arab countries) are not so much enemies anymore.
True, but the State of Israel will respond quickly for a two fold reason. It undermines the hate Israel, hate Jews meme of Islamacists both in the effected countries and beyond in the greater Arab Muslim worls, secondly it demonstrates how fast Israel can react and deploy military assets, giving the effected populations something to ponder.

Syria would celebrate. They’re not doing any Abraham According. Turkey might celebrate just to negate their decades of erstwhile friendship with the Little Satan.
In all likelihood, the hate Israel crowd’s hatred will be reenforced by Israel helping, because, dontcha know, “we’re just doing it to humiliate them,” which of course is a major preoccupation in Israel and elsewhere: How can we humiliate Arabs today. Traditionally U.S. aid to other countries were not allowed to have “USA” stamped on the crates. Made me wonder. Do we give from our hearts or do the local governments give from theirs?

Last major earthquake in Israel was in 1927 in Hebron. It could happen here. So can terror strikes, missile strikes, atomic strikes. Nothing we can do about earth quakes. If a quake comes, it comes.
