The goal is to collapse the healthcare system. Then usher in an even more Socialist Medicare system. We pay through the nose, they get it for free.

Trump needs to be back in office and withhold the medical costs from the welfare we send them. We will never last another two years at this rate.

Trump had his chance to reform the Medical System and did nothing. If he had directed the DOJ to use the Anti-Trust Division and break the Medical and Insurance cartels using RICO and other things real medical cost could have come down as much as 80% and we could have reduced Medical cost as a % of GDP form 20% to 5% and solved budget and debt problems. Trump did not so it and that is a huge fail for him. So quit looking for Trump to do anything about it.

There is a solution for the hospital.Buy a bus. Anyone who does not have insurance bus them to the nearest free hospital.
You may have to pay for a bus and a driver but it will be far less expensive than the rest. You may need two busses.
