President Biden and first lady Jill Biden took out a $250,000 line of credit against their home in the Delaware beach town of Rehoboth – as federal investigators probe both the president and his son, Hunter, a new report reveals.
The Bidens secured the loan – which allows them to borrow the quarter of a million dollars against the home’s equity – on Dec. 5, according to county records reviewed by Fox News.
It’s unclear from any paperwork why the couple took out the line of credit on the home, reportedly purchased in 2017 for nearly $3 million. The White House did not respond to a request for comment from The Post.
But the mortgage documents were filed about a month after Biden’s personal lawyers found classified documents at his Washington think tank, the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.
On Wednesday, the FBI searched the Bidens’ Rehoboth home as part of a special counsel probe into his handling of documents, but did not find any classified material.

The DOJ/IRS is going to fine Hunter $250k for not reporting some income or something. This loan will pay the fines, and they’ll sweep everything else under the rug. “We investigated, he got fined, he paid the fine, case closed.”

You are probably correct on your assumption. This way they will pay the loan back from the stash later. In fact the clue this was coming was Hunter launching a bunch of suits recently. He knows the G has his back. 250K fine, no jail time and he regrets he made a mistake. The scum bag should be in prison for life. They may have run out the clock on the federal crimes but how about state crimes. Statutory rape comes to mind along with drug possession for starters.
Imagine if it had come out that Trump had secured a substantial loan against his house at Mar-A-Lago.
There would have been screaming and hooting from every corner of the media. “Trump’s bankrupt!” “Trump can’t manage his money!”
There would also have been demands to investigate every aspect of the loan. Had the bank shown favoritism because PDJT held high office? Had a foreign entity co-signed the loan, or otherwise acted as guarantor? What are the terms of the loan, and does it ever need to be paid back?
You would have had Trump’s daughter saying “this is just the tip of the iceberg, my father is drowning in personal debt.”
Biden sounds like Alex Murdaugh without the murding his wife and son part.

Agree...maybe he’s going to buy one of Hunter’s paintings. That’s about the going price. Yes...money laundering. I imagine Hunter’s mattress is pretty thick by now.
The fact we know about this indicates its for show.
