Nope.

Perfessors are free to spout their CRT nonsense on their own time outside of class.

At state-funded schools they work for their employers, the state of FL, which has every right and DUTY to set the curriculum.

Well I disagree. To me the problem is professors who intimidate students who disagree or do not allow alternative materials. But if they want to lecture on the subject that should be permitted. College students need to be introduced to controversial ideas. I think it more important they learn how to counter DEI not that they never be exposed to it.
