An ex-social worker must pay $3 million in damages per a defamation case involving a city leader, thanks to a judge in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
Fox News reported Monday:
Former Arapahoe County social worker Robin Niceta was arrested in May of last year and charged with a felony count of suspicion of attempting to influence a public servant and a misdemeanor count of making a false report about child abuse. The report claimed that Aurora Councilwoman Danielle Jurinsky inappropriately touched her own toddler.

My thoughts
- a Government employed social worker doesn’t have, nor will ever pay, $3 million
- If money is ever paid, its from from union insurance, or from some government employee insurance fund.
So taxpayers will pay it, one way or another....

When they do this to Joe Public Citizen THERE IS NEVER A WAY OUT. When you get the chance — LEAVE THE STATE. And only after the original case is closed, if you are that lucky. Don’t stay in any state that you have HISTORY in.
Within hours of a case closing in an evil jurisdiction the family fled (legally of course) never to set foot in the state with the original false claims.

From age 16 to 18 I was utterly terrorized by Sacramento County social workers and their willing co-conspirators who wear badges and guns.
Even after I turned 18 and moved to Placer County they still tried to harass me! One of the best things about moving to Wyoming was leaving those evil people behind!

My brother-in-law’s sister was a social worker that was fired for similar activities. I refused to allow her into my home after she, out of left field, asked my wife how we discipline our children. Her own children are a complete mess and her personal life and finances are a disaster. Must be the way she was raised, because my BIL is also a disaster.
Years ago I was taking a speech class in college. It was in technical college, geared for working people. One lady giving a speech was a social worker that worked in child and family services. Her last speech she gave was basically “If you do this, we can do this, and we can do this, and we will do this…” amazing the amount of power these low paid social workers have.

By the way, just so people that don’t open the story at the link are clear. This was not some sort of mistake, or overzealous enforcement. The city councilman had been very critical of the police chief. The lesbian lover of the police chief was a social worker and freelance targeted that person with a completely false allegation in revenge. And she pushed it very hard. This is a very serious civil rights violation. Outright fraud.
