straight- either way really- and do not take for several days in a row- that will lead to overdose- take one day one dose, then skip a day, and then take another dose- it takes a little while to work it’s way out, so they say to skip a day before the second dose- This stuff is also good for flues too by the way- knocks them out quick- have used it several times, and almost immediately start ot feel better after first dose- I did take it when i got Omicron, and it helped, but i was still pretty sick for over a week (Although i’ve suffered quite a bit worse flues in the past that weren’t covid)- I suspect though i woudl have been much sicker had i not taken it-
