Note that the tubes are calibrated in POUNDS of horse, for something like a “standard” dose. So a full tube has the number 1250 at the max marking, for a 1250 pound horse, and the standard dose for a human is the same (PER POUND).
There are larger and smaller proportions of the dosage, but the simplest thing is pound for pound. 200 pound human correlates to the 200 mark on the tube.
Validate this for yourself. I am not a doctor and I wouldn’t be a lawyer.

Yes, basically every notch is 50# for the Durvet, and probably others. But folks should know how to do the math on their own, it isn’t that hard.
When I do the dogs monthly dose, I split one notch’s worth between them. They’re 20-25# each. I take 4 notches worth for prophylaxis.
I have been taking horse paste once a week for 18 months and have no side effects. I get it at Tractor Supply. Visit their web site and search from there. I last bought 4 tubes last Oct for $43.00.
old-ager has an excellent explanation of how to take it in reply number 21.
Which basically calculates to 6 does for a 200# human—for about $8.
