The other thing about this lame piece is that Bobo's EO hasn't been tested in Court. It may very well be unconstitutional, and they are unlikely to pay that price in SCOTUS by charging Trump.

I have the same questions about Biden’s “attorneys”.
Section 3.1.b.1 covers Biden declassifying if he originally classified. A limited exception in fact. “(1) the official who authorized the original classification, if that official is still serving in the same position and has original classification authority;”

That would be a specific exception which would depend on the individual documents found.
Reportedly at least some of the classified documents found in Biden’s possession were Obama-created and classified documents. If true, Biden would not have had authority to declassify them.
Even then, a president can declassify any document merely by how he uses or stores it. The executive order in question outlines specific steps which any other Executive Department official must take to declassify a document. I’m pretty sure that none of the classified documents found in Biden’s possession went through any declassification procedure.
