Bingo. Out-of-state driver = guilty.

Is there any way to appeal it? Simply? Probably, but probably not simply. I’m sorry ArGee, and especially for your daughter whose record this will be on.

I think he just went for the easiest answer - she wasn’t careful during the merge. It may also be a man thing. But as I look at the damage to her car and the description she gave, there’s no way he was already in the lane when she started the merge.

I’ll see if she wants to try to appeal.

If more money were involved I’d hire one of those law firms that advertises auto accident law on TV.
