President Biden is taking heat after another batch of classified documents were found in the garage of his Delaware home alongside his Corvette.
Constitutional scholar and attorney Jonathan Turley added that the White House is "not in a good place" in terms of handling the narrative surrounding the classified documents.
"The problem is they gave the president a written statement, and then he decided to preface that statement with a uniquely ill-advised statement, saying that this was, after all, a locked garage where I keep my Corvette," Turley said on "America's Newsroom."
"The Corvette standard doesn't actually appear in the Federal Register, although Corvette did have a slogan for many years that 'it's like a car only better.' But we don't apply that to classified documents. So he's really not in a good place here because he's refusing to answer very basic questions."
Turley wrote on Twitter that Biden's reaction to a question from Fox News' Peter Doocy was "a cringe-worthy moment."
"He's repeating his reaction to the discovery rather than addressing his action," Turley said. "It's going to be hard for him to continue to say 'the lawyers don't want me to even know what these documents are.' He's a key witness. The FBI has to determine what the possible compromising of highly sensitive material occurred, and he's got to be able to answer questions about that."

5. No big deal, “old news” or “it’s been litigated” and other dissembling lies and bullshit.
What was especially egregious is a lot of the top secret stuff ended up on laptops and other devices, not just the homebrew Email server, and none of it was ever supposed to be connected in any way to the internet.
That’s what a SCIF is designed specifically to preclude. They can’t be “emailed” by design. “Somebody” had to physically remove those documents from a secure facility, or take pictures of them, and then transfer to them to unsecured devices. That’s all total federal felony stuff. It is physically and electronically impossible for that stuff to end up sailing around the internet. “Some people did some things” indeed.
Another Stellar Moment in Gubbmint Security - the Democrats in the US House of Representatives contracted the Intelligence committee computer services with access to root to Pakistani nationals. Spies, basically, who fled the country, I guess. There’s so many incidents it is impossible to keep up.

Gosh, I didn’t notice that change in classified material handling rules that are supposed to apply to all of us who are cleared. Or a VP exception to that, for that matter.
Things are getting fun now. If old Joetato continues to speak to the press he is bound to incriminate himself further. I expect his handlers to put him in a tight lockdown real soon which will rapidly become very awkward to explain.

And some people ( like spies and Hunter friends) know you don’t know what or where your classified documents are much of the time apparently. I’m sure they have acted accordingly.
The liberals would be smarter to put him into an induced coma until the middle of next year and just keep his writing hand workable. Every time he opens his mouth his handlers run for cover.
