Catholic Churches also guilty
From what I understand:
1. The “Catholic” charities are “charities” just using the name and Baptist charities do the same. (Disclosure I am not Catholic or Baptist, but I am US taxpayer. :( )
2. The “Charities” are getting money from US government i.e. taxpayers ~ probably including our grand children and beyond...

This is the reason why I’m a non-practicing catholic.
I never left the church, the church left me.
