Herschel Walker closed 2022 with $5 million despite losing bid

Georgia Republican Senate nominee Herschel Walker closed the year — after his November general election and December runoff — with more than $5 million in cash on hand, new filings show.

Walker's campaign filed its campaign finance reports covering the end of the runoff period through the end of the year late last week, documents that provide new transparency into how the campaign ended the political cycle.

The campaign spent its war chest significantly in the final weeks — taking in $15 million and spending $19.8 million between Nov. 17 and Dec. 28 (while the runoff was on Dec. 6, the Federal Election Commission asks for candidates to file their spending across the broader date range). But despite that significant spending, the campaign still closed the year with more than $5 million in the bank.

Remember let he who is without sin cast the first stone. Walker was a flawed candidate, Trump banked on Walkers hero status in Georgia. But the man he lost to was far worse.

Until GA address the cheating in places like Fulton County or the GOP starts ballot harvesting there maybe no federally elected GOP candidates out of GA.

He needs to run again and kick out that lying clown Warnock. One thing Herschel did was expose how disgustingly racist the democrats really are. They perfectly lived up to the Biden rule that if you don’t blindly vote for democrats “you ain’t black.”

It’s insane that their racism has to be ‘exposed’ in the first place. Anyone with a decent sense of logic and rationality who pays even the slightest attention to politics should know that Democrats are racist.

"How much did Lynn Cheney get to keep...?"

Funny thing about that is.... we aren't allowed to know the answer to that question, at least not yet.

According to the FEC, Cheney is probably the only incumbent in the entire country who failed to file ANY finance reports (as required by law) for her campaign for the 2022 election cycle. Probably in order to circumvent the law, Cheney's data "now appears under the committee name THE GREAT TASK. The principal campaign committee for this candidate was converted to a PAC" (quote is from the FEC website). Her PAC has nearly $4,000,000 worth of pork on hand as of the most recent report.

Speaking of FEC reports, the data so far shows J6 Kangaroo Kourt Krybaby (and Liz Cheney's BFF) Adam Kinzinger with well over $2,000,000 cash on hand.

Candidates aren’t allowed to personally keep campaign funds. There are some ways around that like creating a “non-profit” and donating unused campaign funds to it.

There’s a saying among campaign consultants.

“If there’s one dollar left on election day, you didn’t spend enough!”

Maybe if Walker would have used the money campaigning he would have won the election.

Just shocks me how bad Georgia and Pennsylvania’s candidates were this time. Absolute bottom of the barrel disgraces, all 4 of them that ran.
