Perhaps the reason that fewer millionaires are audited is because most of them decided - early in life - that they do not want to go to jail.
By the way, "organized" Earned Income Tax Credit fraud is operated mostly by immigrant groups.
EITC paid out $70 billion in 2019. About $18 billion of that amount was fraud or not eligible.
EITC was massively higher in 2020 and 2021 because of Covid.

Will they find out how many illegals are working when they are not eligible to do so & then they get the EIC credit when paying NO taxes???
