WATCH: Members Restrain Mike Rogers from Going at Matt Gaetz After 14th Failed Speaker Vote

Tensions were high on the House floor on Friday night as members had to physically restrain Rep. Mike Rogers (R-AL) from going at Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) after the 14th failed attempt to elect Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) as speaker of the House.

Republicans House Members had to be physically restrained from going after Gaetz, who had been threatened, but Joe Biden and all the Dems have called Trump (and his supporters) everything humanly possible - and they don’t even defend him, or say a discouraging word about Biden - who’s wrecked the Economy!

So much noise over nothing. Rogers had gotten the wrong info on who was going to cast for and present. Rogers went to scream at the gentleman from Florida. His best buddy stopped him before he made a fool of himself as Matt had already went from another candidate to present.

The GOP whip work was crappy all week, they need to be leaking the status to the clueless in the press and both sides needed to communicate clearly what remains in dispute.

Who is on the incoming rules committee, those meeting where legislation get bypassed past the 72 hour rule is where the fireworks are going to happen.

Congress should be slow and steady working through current federal laws and fixing the outright fubars that the senate will not have a problem passing.
