You don’t understand what I am saying.
I never said Gaetz has never been opposed to McCarthy.
Everyone one knows he was truly opposed to McCarthy, it’s not a secret.
What I am saying is that when I saw Gaetz commenting on LIVE TV in the beginning of the speaker of the house voting process (some days ago), he clearly said that he launched the voting “rounds” in order to get guarantees back in return. Insinuating that in the future it would be easy to get rid of McCarthy if he was speaker of the house and if he didn’t behave.
Gaetz demanded those new rules and he actually GOT it !
So why demand for guarantees diminishing McCarthy future power in the house if at the same time he doesn’t want McCarty in the house anyway - EVEN with guarantees!! It’s so hypocritical.
It’s totally incoherent.

If Gaetz wants someone else, he must PROPOSE a true serious alternative to replace McCarthy. But he doesn’t do that, because he has NO alternatives!
As of now he is only proposing “anyone” RANDOMLY at every round, every day. Whats next? Proposing the Pope for the Speaker of the House? Or Arnold Schwarzenegger ?
Or maybe even Donald Trump!? (oops he did that trick already)
This is all looking like a childish Washington game. Sad
Americans don’t care about the internal war Gaetz / McCarthy. They want results for America!
They want, and I want Republicans to start working on the border crisis, on crime, on the fight against decadence and communist infiltration. We Republicans should have started to rule by now. Time is precious.
What I know is a whole lot of folks have their head up globalist asses instead of caring about their own Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
The only way to make a difference is to break the “I’m Entitled!” cycle no matter who it ends up being. The point is to stand on principle and not let them “dictate” and choose for us who leads us.
Even if Mickey Mouse is elected speaker instead.
Actually, he's acting like a person who was targeted by Democrats with a fake sex scandal because he was from Florida, President Trump's adopted home state, Governor DeSantis' state, and back then a potential Democrat swing state, and then his own leadership did what Republicans have always done during election season -- they cast him aside and let him swing in the wind.
Gaetz is never going to support the leader who left him behind to fend for himself during his existential threat from the Democrats.

McCarthy was done the moment his cozy relationship with Klaus Schwabb of the WEF came to light.

Their hands are tied anyhow. The Senate and Biden will never sign any bills the Republicans send to them.
The committees will be just theater to get campaign funding, nothing substantial will ever come from these.
If McCarthy is speaker he will just be a proxy for Pelosi and try to extort the other house members into approving even more communist bills from the Senate.
At this point having the house powerless and in limbo for the next two years would actually be the best thing for our Grandchildren. Damage control is called for at this point.

I think Scalise would be a good compromise. Jordan has said he doesn't want it.
Bannon and crew stated that there will be a midnight vote and enough Democrats wilm no show to allow McCarthy to win. The deal with the Democrats has been cut.
AND THAT MCCARTHY WILL NOT PASS THE RULE CHANGES AS AGREED.
