Actually, he's acting like a person who was targeted by Democrats with a fake sex scandal because he was from Florida, President Trump's adopted home state, Governor DeSantis' state, and back then a potential Democrat swing state, and then his own leadership did what Republicans have always done during election season -- they cast him aside and let him swing in the wind.
Gaetz is never going to support the leader who left him behind to fend for himself during his existential threat from the Democrats.

Well I agree, you are quite right there, unfortunately for America..
Even Tucker clearly doubted Gaetz on his Foxnews show (during the false Gaetz scadal).
So... here we are then. Gaetz is in vendetta mode. And the whole Republican Party is paying a high price for this McCarthy / Gaetz feud.
My dream is to have a united Republican Party, even if it’s slightly imperfect. There is no other way against the Democrat block of concrete.
