Probably. And he'll have zero legitimacy with his own caucus when it happens and the dems assume the role of de facto Speaker. We’ll see how much support he loses within the caucus if/when Democrat votes push him over the top. Most of those RINO congresspeople would probably just unite behind him to help further ostracize the Uniparty defectors.

The optics of the next speaker being elected by democrats is bad. The optics of the GOP caucus going along with it is worse.
They don't care about us. They don't care about the country. They do care about optics, for whatever that's worth.
