Trump has been working the phones trying to secure the Speakership for McCarthy but hasn’t made much progress.

Anyone know what ‘concessions’ McCarthy made? Perhaps he promised to talk to the hold outs...to The Establishment, that would be a ‘concession’. But perhaps something that actually moves things forward?

Wish it was Matt Gaetz, who exemplifies what the GOP SHOULD be about.
But, practically speaking, Jim Jordan should be acceptable to all sides, and would make a great Speaker.
All signs point to McCarthy being another John Boehner/Paul Ryan wet noodle.
Gaetz is pushing Jordan.
Not a good time to play chicken.
Jim Jordan does not want it. He feels he has other important work to do.
Jim Jordon is the only choice.

Progress and getting organized is completely meaningless if it is GOPe driving the car. Time for them to bend to the will of the people thwarted by the stolen elections. Time for the GOPe to hold their nose and give in to every single demand.

If that happens, every one of the GOP who caused it should be run out of Office. And maybe the entire GOP should be disbanded since the Dems will finish destroying our Country!!

McCarthy isn’t the enemy. We’re fighting communists. The battles will be waged and won in committee, not on the floor. The longer it takes to organize the slim majority, the more harm the communists inflict.

I am sick of these GOP deadbeats. They are not ready to lead this congress. After two months since the mid term elections...they are nowhere, Trumpie...we, the people want
and are looking for 100% street fighters that fight the Democrat scum & vermin every single minute of every single day!!! McCarthy & McConnell are nothing but weak deadbeat losers..period!!! Trump...ya all better get in there and have us people a house leader in charge won January 3rd, 2023!!! IMHO.....the current GOP is useless and had no backbone whatsoever!!! Shame on Trump & Shame on the entire GOP leadership!!!
