The Transportation Security Administration is spending $18.6 million to deploy “non-binary screening systems” for gender-neutral passengers traveling through U.S. airports.
The federal spending watchdog group OpenTheBooks.com reported on the new security screening that will be rolled out starting this month.
TSA is spending tens of millions of U.S. taxpayer funds to “advance civil rights” of these passengers, indicating it will improve the customer experience of nonbinary passengers by implementing the new technology.
The funding for the non-gender imaging technology will be appropriated from funds inside the omnibus spending legislation that President Joe Biden just signed.
“This technology should really be gender neutral, you know, it really should be and we’re there,” TSA Executive Director for Travel Engagement Jose Bonilla told WCAX.com in Vermont.
“The way that we’ve operated the system is specifically based on [the] blue button if the individual is perceived by the officer to be male, pink button if the individual is perceived by our officer to be female,” Bonilla said, adding that transgender or nonbinary passengers are more likely to get flagged.
When travelers’ assumed genders would not match the imaging technology they were identified as, they would be subjected to more screenings and sometimes pat downs, OpenTheBooks reported.

Please, I need some help here. Since the current equipment has no way to tell if a person is any gender because it is only an xray and the differentiation is perceived, how can they tell other than someone’s opinion? And if they are flagging people for search based upon a perception, and the different genders just want to be perceived as normal, then what is accomplished? A straight, or gay, or neither that has a bulge in the clothing the size of a shoebox is a little suspect. But trying to protect one of the genders they mention from being searched by gender is not what they are there for. I don’t understand the reasoning but I do understand how this makes the system fail.

It’s very sad and concerning where this country is headed. I would give that money to veterans, firefighters and police officers before focusing on any sexual deviants or illegal aliens and so called refugees.

It has everything to do with waking up folks to the fact that government by the People has failed at all levels, comprehensively and thoroughly. From Billions to globalist Ukraine, to trillions now routinely in federal spending packages. Add to this, the "money" used to fund all this crap has been diabolically ravaged by the FED and bankstering.
With that in mind, spending packages should grow to $50 trillion at a time; non-binary aid for TSA increased to $100 Billions.

Had to laugh to myself the last time i went through TSA screening. I unknowingly overfilled the bins that get x-rayed and stepped away. A drama queen TSA employee started shouting “who abandoned their bins?”. When i stepped up to keep the screener from passing out a woman next to me jokingly called me an “abandoner”. Unfortunately for her, she got the full pat down search procedure. I felt sorry for her as i put my shoes back on and proceeded to the gates.

What’s so different - and special - about x-raying these people? I’m guessing someone in the “airport security” racket is pocketing a lot of money. Minus the usual 10% of course.
