Once upon a time, there was a website that could make a reasonable estimate of household income from the street address... Google removed it after many complaints.

The only way to send a message to Washington, D.C., is to organize a tax revolt with at least 150,000,000 Americans stopping federal tax deductions through their paychecks and saving it until tax filing time, filing for extensions, and delaying the IRS’s intake of our money. Still pay your taxes, just do so as delayed as you can, legally.
That would get their attention.
I don’t believe that the courts gave congress the right to do this. Trump needs to sue them silly.

The “get Trump” exception to all laws, regulations, and norms is something that I thought I’d never see in our nation. Judges, including the Supreme Court justices, have ignored precedent in order to allow the democrats to go after Trump with a vengeance. I sincerely hope they regret it someday soon.

Only if you meet the requirements of the AMT. The income level just triggers a requirement to complete Form 6251 to determine if AMT applies. It rarely does.
I was surprised when this was revealed a couple weeks back. Not that Trump mislead us, but that no one at the IRS "leaked" that it wasn't true. This will of course be used against his campaign. And while Trump is likely working within the tax code that was designed for the wealthy, Joe 6-pack is still going to have a problem with a billionaire not paying taxes. Even if Trump lost money, and had no income to tax (within current tax code/law), many people won't understand beyond "Mega-Rich guy not paying his fair share".
