Nikki Secondino, a 22-year-old transgender woman, has been charged with the murder of their father, Carlo Secondino, 61, who was killed in a stabbing at the family home in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn...Secondino's 19-year-old sister is in critical condition at Maimonides Hospital.

Toward the end of the Daily Mail article, it mentions (S)he had posted a video discussing the gender transition surgery. No written details but photos suggest both top and bottom surgeries.
Dad is reported to have supported (H)er transition.
