NATO has no interest in “moving on Bosnia”. Again, please consult a map. Kosovo was a province of Serbia. Bosnia-Hercegovina was a constituent republic of former Yugoslavia. Russia has no interest in moving on the Baltics. You seem very geographically and geopolitically confused.
