People can complain about Putin but I’ve heard talking head types over here saying they want to split Russia up into smaller countries. I doubt Putin isn’t unaware of western “think tanks” proposing such things
Please cite which think tanks have advocated breaking up the Russian Federation. I very much doubt that you can.
