Amen. I live in the Philadelphia area. Ballot harvesting is not the problem. The problem is that the ballot harvesters collect ballots by the tens and hundreds of thousands and vote them illegally themselves. That's why the Democrats have effectively turned off signature matching -- because most of those ballots would then be disqualified.
