If you idoits pushing Deo...

Nobody here has made a pro-DeSantis post. Your position is so weak that you need to assign motives to us because you have run out of ammunition to defend Trump's behavior of late.

“What the hell is Trump doing? Doesn’t he realize that he can’t meet with the enemy even if it helps his election prospects.”

It’s politics. Rush Limbaugh long ago spoke of the strength and impact of the gay lobby that no politician wants to get sideways with, a strength and impact way beyond their actual numbers that has been developing under the radar for decades.

Many “conservatives” attended this event, including Kari Lake.

I support gay unions (I do not think they should be called marriage, but another term). I am fine with transgendered people (leave kids alone). I do not believe anyone should physically harm such people.

I do not have a problem with the Log Cabin Republicans either.

But to celebrate this legislation that will destroy marriage once and for all is despicable. Anyone who celebrates this has lost my support.

We have a track record to go on.

Which POTUS was as successful as Trump? Look at what Trump accomplished:

  1. Gas price per gallon was about $2.30;
  2. Inflation about 1.4%, mortgage rates were half of what they are now;
  3. Unemployment was low before Covid and before Blue Governors shut everything down and we were in the midst of a V-shape recovery until January 22, 2021;
  4. Tax decrease; tax laws promoted small businesses as well as large;
  5. US enjoyed energy independence - No Green Agenda, no war on energy, No Paris Treaty;
  6. No war in Ukraine, no threat of nuclear war, NATO paid its way;
  7. China was quiet and we were winning the trade war;
  8. US companies were bringing home the jobs due to well executed tax treatments;
  9. Peace in the Middle East aka Abraham Accords; US Embassy moved to Jerusalem; and Iran was isolated.
  10. Got three non-left “I don't know what a woman is” Supreme Court Justices on the bench allowing Roe vs Wade to be overturned.

Who the heck can accomplish the above in four years while being impeached twice and investigated by Obama's Weaponized Agencies?

Yup. Trump knows exactly what he's doing.

People need to take a deep breath.

Nobody here is disparaging Trump's accomplishments. They were great and what we needed as a nation.

Trump also had major screw-ups like endorsing and hiring the wrong people.

He is continuing that and his support for the destruction of marriage legislation, McCarthy, etc disqualifies him.

This is not the same man who made all those accomplishments. He also did not learn from his three losses in 2018 and 2020 on how to combat ballot harvesting.

There is no question of his truly exceptional accomplishments.

Most importantly, President Trump permitted a coup in process against him that continues to this day

Sounds like Trump is still scaring you anti MAGA a$$holes.

The only people defending Trump's joining the gay pride parade are pedos and faggots. Sounds like you're coming out of the closet.

One doesn’t help the country by endorsing sin. Of course we should respect alternate views and lifestyle choices as in tolerating the right of someone to choose them, but a leader shouldn’t mince words when it comes to supporting good moral choices. There are some so-called conservatives who now speak in support of “gay marriage” as a culturally good thing because it supposedly creates stable relationships.

My point? It is one thing to tolerate freedom to choose sin. It is something entirely different to call sin good. Consider abortion. I could respect the pro-choice position better if it spoke against the act and actually wanted to make abortion very rare. But the pro-aborts don’t really want to make abortion safe, legal and rare.

Do you see the distinction? By embracing the Log Cabin Republicans, is Trump merely supporting individual rights or is he promoting homosexuality as a moral choice?

All of you anti Trump idiots may want to down play how great the “Trump Economy™” was just a few years ago but the young people remember.
The old farts can stay home on election day and not vote for GOAT President Trump. Who cares? The people still WORKING ( still alive ) want what we had. The retired old fake MAGA farts can < expletive deleted > off.

Idiots
Old Farts
Old Fake MAGA Farts
F* Off

Tossing invectives is not the best sales pitch.

I would have put as #1 on your Trump timeline:

1. He suggested that the Constitution be ignored. “Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.” - his words.

I get that Trump is very frustrated about the 2020 election. I am too (see my tagline). But there is absolutely no upside to calling for the Constitution to be ignored.

All this wouldn’t bother me so much if Trump were just a private citizen. But he’s running in 2024, and we need MAGA back. But these unforced errors will push him right over the cliff.

Trump’s appeal to the canonical Bible Belt was never to the exclusion of gays. The LCR address isn’t really a new thing since the beginning. Trump always had a wide & diverse base. Anyone that’s been to the rallies since 2016 should know that.

Your interpretation. Replace “allows for” with “gives rise to”

Where I find the most irony is that the ‘far right’ (maga, ultra maga, Q) are actually shifting us to the left, the whole dang party. Never in my 60 plus years would someone like Oz be considered a viable candidate. We freaked out over Zero being Muslim, but Oz was A-okay. When the left supports gays they’re demonic, when Trump does it, it’s being inclusive. If a leftward talked, even hinted at suspending the constitution they’d lose their minds, but when Trump suggests it it’s justified. It would be funny, if not so scary.

Because nothing is ever Trumps fault. Ever. Its always his advisors, or the deep state, or whoever else is nearby. But never ever Trumps fault.
