Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) is calling for a grand jury investigation into alleged “crimes and wrongdoing” related to COVID-19 vaccines and setting up Florida’s own Public Health Integrity Committee.
The governor’s office announced what it called “aggressive action” Tuesday after DeSantis held a roundtable discussion with physicians, researchers and victims “of adverse events from mRNA vaccines.”
“The federal government, medical associations, and other experts have created an expectation that receiving a COVID-19 vaccine is an ethical or civic duty and that choosing not to get vaccinated against COVID-19 is selfish and harmful to others,” DeSantis’s petition for the grand jury investigation reads.
The petition also alleges that it is “impossible to imagine that so many influential individuals came to this view on their own” and that the pro-vaccine individuals and companies “created these perceptions for financial gain.”
DeSantis said he’s further creating the Public Health Integrity Committee because he distrusts the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Ok, maybe there is some level of immunity given to the manufacturers, but I fully support that being probed. What if, for example, we hear more about that Moderna patent, that supposedly contains the same exact genetic code that appears in the virus itself? Wonder where that rabbit hole might ultimately lead?
But even if the manufacturers are granted some form of immunity, here is what the article says:

So maybe they will actually be probing the NIH, FDA, and CDC more than the manufacturers. If you are familiar with the SPARS 2025 simulation by Johns Hopkins in ~2017, that is ultimately where the public furor focused.

I’m one (of many, I’m sure) who never believed Covid-19 was as dangerous as it was made out to be. Go check my posting history, I was totally against any sort of lockdowns, because I knew 2 couples, one over 80 and one over 70, who got Covid before there was any treatment other than aspirin and vitamin C, who got through it just fine.
I understand that some people “with Covid” died from complications, but in almost all instances they had other deep underlying conditions. They were exasperated when placed in the hospital and placed on dangerous drugs like Remdesivir, or worse, ventilators.
So I obviously didn’t see the vaccine of any great need either. Certainly not enough to create a “warp speed” project. At this point it appears the vaccines are just as dangerous as covid ever was, if not more. So there needs to be accountability, and the lockdowns, warp speed, etc, are all on the government, and politicians. Even the vaccine manufacturers can claim they were just operating at the behest of the government.
Big Pharma and Big Gov are obviously in cahoots.
However, only Big Pharma can legally claim they were performing acts at the behest of Big Gov. In fact, they were paid outrageous sums by Big Gov to rush out the vaccines. If anyone comes after them, that would obviously be their first line of defense.

My county is between 108,000-109,000 people, there were 21,969 confirmed cases, with 247 deaths during covid.
The healthcare bureaucrats also stopped giving out the age of deaths during the pandemic, making their statistics almost irrelevant.(With boomers aging this a big deal)
So I took 42 cases of deaths published in the Oregonian newspaper & averaged it out to 74.4 years of age. The youngest being 37 & oldest being 99 years old.
Our ancestors with less expertise in healthcare & medicine would’ve laughed at the lockdown/shutdown lunacy.

My last vaccination was for small pox, don’t know when it happened because I was born in 1971.

I apologize for misinterpreting your post.
Big Drug Store/Big Pharma are about making money off the people that believe everything Big Health Care are telling them.
Remember, any bloated over capitalized sector looks for a reason to exist at their current inflated compensation, which makes Big Drug Store no different than the history of over capitalized railroads or *dot-com companies.
*Remember the dot-com investment bubble, that was a bunch of **40 person businesses that excelled at “burning through cash” in Santa Clara, back in the late 1990’s or early 2000’s.
