Kyrsten is in the Senate. Which will now break the Senate down 50-49-1, officially. And, she could still “Caucus with the Democrats” like Bernie if they sweeten things up for her some.

I believe the correct breakdown is now 49, 49, 2. The 2 being declared independents
Sanders seems to me to be an IINO however

Breakdown is 48-49-3 king and bernie caucus with the RATs and no word yet where Krysten will caucus.
Does an independent have the luxury of not caucusing with anybody ?
