Likely Bush and Johnson were involved.

Read The Man Who Killed Kennedy: The Case Against LBJ.
Three things I accept as fact:
1) Oswald was involved. He left his wedding ring and a small wad of cash behind when he rode with Buell Frazier to work that morning. He knew something dangerous and important would happen.
2) Oswald was a “loser”. He had failed at practically everything that he did, including attempting to assassinate Gen. Edwin Walker when he had a still target and plentiful time to carry it out. Who would seriously choose this man to shoot at POTUS in a one-time-only assassination opportunity?
3) Everyone remembers Gov. John Connally in the jump seat right in front of JFK. Remember he had that big white cowboy hat in his left hand as he rode through Dealey Plaza? For the “magic bullet” story to be true, the force of the bullet should have caused Gov. Connally to drop his hat reflexively. But he doesn’t, it’s still there in the Zapruder film until he ducks out of sight. For his part, Connally said to his grave that the first bullet did not strike him. Another bullet penetrated his back as he was spun around to look for JFK after the initial shot.
