1. No need. No legislation gets to the president without passing the house.
2. Senate would just appoint a leader to hold a fake trial and dismiss the charges.
This vote should never even be this close. Just to say there were no shenanigans, the voters who did this deserve the government they’ve voted for.

It would have to be a lot of them. Most republican counties are very small total vote wise. There would have to be massively organized operation of “not reporting yet” which I don’t think the republicans have the stomach for.

Trump was winning in Georgia with 54% up until 3:30am.
Then everything magically went to the Democrats after they stopped counting the votes in 6 States coincidentally.
