I caught flu once in my adult life, about 40 years ago. That was after my sister talked me into getting a flu shot.

No shots since and no flu. Fourteen years ago, I got one cold. cured or at least handled it with OTC meds.

I take a lot of supplements and have for decades. Including 1 gram C daily, capsules, not tablets, which are hard to break down in the gut.

Prevention works. Build your immune system so you don’t get sick.

“I take a lot of supplements and have for decades.”

We do in our house, too. Pretty much everybody I know does. When I’m popping my pills I think of the generation before us, like my parents. Grew up on farms, ate the typical meat, potatoes, vegetables, LOTS of desserts, and no supplements. Dad died at 86. Mom is 98, sharp mind, goes to church, etc. It’s amazing that civilization survived pre-supplements. I have to laugh at myself and my pills.
