Exxon would be stupid to move any piece of equipment to that communist hell hole. The second they pump a drop of oil Maduro will just nationalize the industry again.

Believe you can add Pascagoula to that list. And it’s closer than Lake Charles and Corpus Christi

"Such is the case with tiny Guyana, which was recently discovered to be sitting on an ocean of crude oil. One of the poorest countries in the western hemisphere, Guyana would benefit enormously from U.S. expertise and loans." Guyana is a dangerous place, but if I was younger, and given the condition of the US, I would be tempted to try to make a go of it. Especially after seeing this video:

There is no war on coal or war on oil
If there was a war, besides the killing of American jobs and families, there would be dead progressives

“The Chevron CEO said that they weren’t going to increase investments in Venezuela, so Biden extended their license for nothing.”
Exactly. The quality of Venezuelan oil is so poor refining costs make it unprofitable vs. other regional fields. Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana and Brazil all have untapped offshore fields of lighter crude. The startup costs are just cheaper in Venezuela. But no-go cuz there’s a glut of untapped oil which is higher quality but with higher startup costs.

Biden's deal isn't worse than I think unless he's giving an extra kickback to the Cartel's and China along with everything else...
Civ, did you know Biden introduced President Macron to his sister at the State Dinner? It's on tape... even walked Macron over to the table where she was sitting. I guess Hunter the drug addicted whore-monger and Biden's brother are too obvious.

Macron prefers an older partner, because, well, let's just say, Biden should have introduced Macron to Paul Pelosi instead.
