Yeah, that's pretty much the limits of the Sheriff’s power.

Even the expanded statement contains troubling language:

A person charged with the crime of possession of a large capacity magazine can raise an affirmative defense if they can prove they owned the large capacity magazine before the measure took effect and the magazine was either on property owned by the person....

Burden if proof should reside with the State.

Until elections are honest here, and in the whole country, everything is going to go to hell very fast.
