There are a couple of threads going on on FreeRepublic about this and I do not think people understand what certification of an election is and what it would mean not to certify a County election. I am attaching an article from today's Lake Havasu City Paper that I think did a very good job reporting what happened yesterday. I will be happy to answer any questions that anyone has. Mohave County is the most Conservative County in Arizona if not the whole Southwest. If I believed, for one minute, not certifying the Mohave County election would lead to something or even MEAN something positive, I would have done it in a heartbeat, even if it meant jail. But that just is not how this thing works guys.
I went and found a few articles where Cochise county wanted to conduct a hand count along with the machines and were told they couldn't, although it it might have been more relatrd to how close to the 2022 election they were trying to implement.
Are there any moves planned by Arizona legislators to address some of these concerns? Because the more the shenanigans go on, there won't be *any* confidence, and "secure election" will mean as much as "safe and effective" does with regard to Covid mRNA serums.

Do I really think it would have happened? 10 years ago I would have laughed but if you don’t think that the Dems would make examples out of the Supervisors of the reddest County in AZ, who is always a thorn in their sides, you are mistaken. Again, if I thought that not certifying would mean something, that something good would come out of it, I would have risked going to jail. But all they will do is appoint a surrogate to sign. It’s purely administrative.
As one of the victims of the rampant communist theft here in PA, the above can't be said often or loudly enough.

I don’t believe there was ANY fraud in Mohave County. Is there human error at times? Miniscule at best. In fact, the first time we were asked to certify I commented that I wish we could send our election department to Maricopa to show them how it’s done.
I can write a book about what happened last session when there were a bunch of good election integrity bills. You know who screwed it up for us? TWO REPUBLICANS. We had and still now maintain, one extra vote to be the majority Party. These traitors used their vote to get things they wanted with the Democrats. We were betrayed by our own. One was the Speaker of the House. Not for nothing but neither were re-elected. But now we have a Democrat Governor who will veto anything meaningful.

The level of understanding of election law is abysmal, even here on FR. Those who get it realize that what is not explicitly illegal will not be punished, and in the absence of a legal remedy there will be no change to the election outcome. Put simply, even if fraud and cheating occur, the law does not provide a mechanism by which election results can be reversed or a new election held. Thus it will NEVER happen.
As explained, withholding certification only causes collateral damage and doesn’t change the outcome. Only election law reform can do that.
Maybe when enough people wake up and realize what the problem is we can see the right kind of action to correct it. Put simply, it’s possible to cheat and get away with it and there’s nothing you can do about it under the present laws.

I understand some Arizona commierats have been moved into hiding for their own safety. I hope they have to govern from “undisclosed locations” for the next 4 damned years.

That is called “rationalization”. It is commonly used to explain away cowardly behavior.
You cannot know the downstream effect of the optics of an entire Board of Supervisors getting arrested. That could have been the spark. If two or three counties did the same, it could have taken down the whole house of cards.
But we will never know because the yellow cowards never even tried. But thank goodness they are all SAFE! /s

So if there is nothing we can do and we lose Arizona, forget about 2024.
